PQRST is a quarterly and online puzzle competition open to everybody.
Competition will be in January, April, July and October.

Rules:
01. There is no registration for the competition. First form submission counts as a registration.
02. Test includes 10 puzzles of all kinds: classic, original, optimization etc.
03. Test is a pdf file. You need to download Adobe Reader to see the file.
04. Help of any person, computer, tool etc. is not allowed.
05. Competitors agree to be rated by Puzzle Ratings, and should enter their names in Latin characters only.
06. At the exact time of the competition start, test file will be available to be downloaded at the Status window above.
07. At the same time, a link to the answer page will be at the Status window, too.
08. Each puzzle will have an "answer key" to be written in the form on the answer page.
Answers will be checked manually but you have to obey answer keys.
09. You have exactly seven days to submit the answers of the puzzles via answer page.
You may send multiple submissions, but enter your name, surname and e-mail address in each submission.
Your latest submission for a puzzle will be taken as your official answer to that puzzle.
10. An errata column will be published on the main page of the web site. It's up to you to check the errata column until the competition ends.
11. Each competitor has to rate all puzzles whether he/she solves it or not.
Rate the puzzles in a scale of 1-10 (10 being top) with respect to the enjoyment while solving the puzzle and the creation of the puzzle.
You may give the same rating to multiple puzzles.
Ratings will be sent with the answers via answer page.
12. A confirmation message will be sent to your e-mail address when you submit a form. Make sure you receive this message after everytime you send a submission.
13. Results, solutions, statistics and ratings will be posted on the special page of the PQRST within one week.
14. There is no reward(s) to the winner(s) for now.
15. Top ten competitors of each PQRST will be displayed on this page for three months (until the next PQRST).
16. Top ten puzzles of all PQRST puzzles will be displayed on this page.
